1 (1 lb) box graham crackers
2 small pkg French vanilla instant pudding
3 ½ cups milk
1 (9 oz) container Cool Whip

Frosting:
2 pkg Redi-Blend pre-softened chocolate (unsweetened)
2 tsp Karo corn syrup
2 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp softened butter or margarine
1½ cup powdered sugar
3 Tbsp milk

Butter the bottom of 9x13 pan; line with graham crackers, no need to break them up.

Mix pudding with milk and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Blend in Cool Whip.

Pour ½ of mixture over graham crackers, then place a second layer of graham crackers over the pudding. Pour the remaining pudding mixture over the crackers. Cover the pudding with another layer of graham crackers.

Refrigerate for at least two hours then frost.

Frosting
Beat all ingredients until smooth. Spread over cake. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Tastes just like an eclair and super easy too!!!
