The Infamous Starter Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk

To Remaining Batter in Bowl: Add and Mix Well
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 large box of instant vanilla pudding
2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Do not use a metal bowl or utensils for mixing. Don't refrigerate. If air gets into the bag, let it out. It is normal for the batter to raise, bubble and ferment. If you are making this bread from scratch, it must sit for 10 days. Don’t add the ingredients on Day 5.

Day’s 1,2,3,4
Mush the bag to stir the batter

Day 5
Add 1 cup each milk, flour, sugar

Day’s 6,7,8,9
Mush the bag to stir the batter

Day 10
Combine in large non-metal bowl batter, 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk, stir and pour (4) 1 cup starters into large zip lock bags. Keep one for yourself and give 3 others to your friends with instructions.

Optional: Add 1 cup chopped nuts, raisins, chocolate chips, or whatever else you would like. You can also use chocolate pudding for variety. Preheat Oven to 325 Degrees. Grease and cinnamon/sugar in two loaf pans or one bundt pan. Pour batter into pans and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar on top. Bake for one hour. Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pans.
