2 cups sifted flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. baking soda
¼ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup buttermilk
1 stick butter, softened
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Add vegetable oil and buttermilk and stir until blended. Need dough on a floured surface. Roll dough into a 15-inch rectangle. Spread butter across the dough and combine the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle across the dough. Roll the dough like a jellyroll and cut into 11/2 inch slices. Place slices into a well-greased 9-inch round glass pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. While hot pour milk over biscuits or make a simple powder sugar icing and pour over the biscuits depending on your taste.
