2 packages yeast
¼ cup warm water
Beat 3 eggs well

Add & Mix:
1 cup warm water
½ cup shortening
½ cup sugar

Add & Mix:
Yeast mixture
2 ½ cups flour

Add & Mix:
2 additional cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Punch down, cover, and place in the fridge overnight. Two hours before rollout. Let rise. Cook at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
