8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
½ cup dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
2.25 oz sliced dried beef, finely chopped
(I’ve used smoked turkey breast and like it better)
1/3 cup finely chopped green onions
3 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. pimento, chopped
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup pecans, coarsely chopped

Directions:

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and milk well. Fold in remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with bread or veggies
