2 tbsp. butter
½ onion
2 cups chicken broth
2 small zucchini’s (peeled and chopped)
1 can diced green chilies
Sprinkle parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
Add 1 can cream corn
Directions:
Directions:
Saute butter and onion until soft. Add chicken broth and bring to boil. Add remaining ingredients, except milk and cook until done (20 minutes). Add 1 cup of milk. Bring to boil. Add grated cheese to pot or bowl.
