1 ½ pounds country style sausage
6 pounds top sirloin steak – cubed
2 ½ cans tomato sauce
1 can beer – (Bud Dry)
1 bottle Chili powder – Texas style
3 small white onions, chopped
3 fresh Anaheim chili peppers – chopped
1 can V-8 spicy vegetable juice
2 large tomato, seeded
½ large red Bermuda onion, chopped
1 can jalapeno peppers, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
4 tbsp. bacon grease
3 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. New Mexico chili powder
1 tbsp. coriander
¾ tbsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
¾ tsp. oregano
2 shots tequila
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. ground white pepper
¼ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

In a large stock-pot type pan, brown the sausage and sirloin, then drain well. Add all remaining ingredients and let simmer, covered 3-4 hours.
