Sift Together:
3 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
½ tsp. salt

Cream Together:
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
½ cup firmly packed brown sugar

Blend In: (beat well)
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Add dry ingredients: mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Open 1 pkg. solid chocolate mint candy wafers. Enclose one wafer in about 1 tbsp. of chilled dough. Place on greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Top with a walnut half. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
