2 lb. pork chops
¼ c. olive oil
1 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. cornstarch (opt.)
¼ c. water (opt.)

Directions:
Brown the pork chops in a skillet in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Place pork chops in slow cooker. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 hours. To thicken gravy, mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch and ¼ c. water and whisk until smooth. Add cornstarch mixture to the liquid from the slow cooker stirring until thickened.
