11 oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 lbs of powdered sugar
2 Tbsp of Hershey Cocoa
2 sticks of margarine
6 oz semi-sweet choc chips

Cake Batter:
1/2 of frosting mix
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups plain flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup of buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Cream together the margarine, cream cheese, sugar and cocoa. Add melted chocolate. Beat until fluffy.

Cake:
Pre heat over to 350 degrees and spray cake pans with Baker's Joy.

Mix all ingredients together until completely blended. Pour into 3 cake pans and bake 30-35 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let cool in the pans for 10 minutes. Then frost with the remaining frosting.
