1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
½ c. hot sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice, divided
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder

½ c. shredded carrots
1 c. broccoli florets
1 avocado
¼ c. nonfat Greek yogurt
4 tortillas

Cover chicken with water and pan and bring to boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Transfer to a bowl. Cook broccoli and chop. Combine hot sauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour over chicken and shred using two forks. Combine carrots and broccoli. In bowl, mash avocado and combine with yogurt and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Top each tortilla with ¼ avocado mixture, ¼ carrot broccoli mixture and ¼ buffalo chicken. Roll up, slice in half and serve.
