1¼ lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
¼ c. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk vinegar, Italian seasoning, oil, salt and pepper in bowl until well combined. Place chicken in a 1-gallon sealable plastic bag. Add the marinade, toss to coat and frig for 1 to 12 hours. Remove chicken and excess marinade and discard leftover marinade. Heat grill or grill pan. Once hot, cook 5 minutes per side, 'til no longer pink. No grill? Broil the chicken. Foil line broiler pan (or baking sheet) and coat with cooking spray. Place chicken on foil. Broil, making sure it doesn’t burn. Flip chicken after 5 minutes. Let cook for 10-15 minutes 'til chicken is no longer pink. Enjoy immediately or let cool. Store in containers and save for later.
