1 c. wheat
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1 cup of wheat into blender and add 1 cup of milk. Blend for 3 minutes and then add another 1/2 cup milk and blend for 2 minutes. Add: egg, oil sugar salt and baking power and blend again. Cook on hot griddle. Serve with butter & syrup, top with strawberries and cream or buttermilk syrup.
