Butter Cream:
1 cube butter melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. milk
dash of salt
4-5 cups of powdered sugar

Chocolate:
3 Tbsp. Hershey's baking Cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cube butter melted
Dash of salt
2 Tbsp. milk
4-5 c. of powdered sugar

Cream Cheese:
1 cube butter melted
1 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. softened cream cheese
dash of salt
4-5 cups of powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter, add milk, vanilla and salt. Add powdered sugar until right consistency- may add food coloring for birthdays or sugar cookies.
Variation: you can use shortening for a whiter frosting, also white vanilla or almond flavoring will give you a whiter frosting.

2. For Chocolate add 2 Tbsp. Hershey's baking cocoa to melted butter, stir and then add other ingredients.

3. Replace cream cheese for butter in frosting.
