9" pie shell, unbaked
¾ c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1¼ c. canned milk
1¼ c. grated raw carrots
½ tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add flour, beating until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Pour in milk and add carrots and cinnamon. Mix. Spoon into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes at 425º, and 25 to 30 minutes at 325º. It is done when the center is firm. For a less sweet pie, use fresh milk.
