4 Eggs
1-1/2 cups Sugar
2 heaping tablespoons Flour
1 20 ounce can Crushed Pineapple, drained
1/2 pound Sweet Butter
6 slices, White Bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, sugar, and flour. Add drained pineapple and set aside. In a large fry pan, melt butter and toss bread cubes. Blend with the other ingredients and pour into 9"x9" baking dish. Bake at 350º F for 45 minutes.

To make 2 large kugels, 9"x13", merely triple (3X) the recipe.

If you freeze this, defrost completely, then warm, covered in low (300º F) oven.
