3 cups Flour, sifted
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Oil
4 Eggs (beaten until fluffy)
1/2 cup Orange Juice
3 teaspoons Baking Powder
2-1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
5 Large Apples
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
5 tablespoons Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare tube pan. Measure first 7 ingredients into one bowl and mix well. Have apples peeled and sliced thin. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Put 1/2 batter into pan, then 1/2 apples, repeat. May sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake 1-3/4 hours at 350º F.
