4 Eggs
3/4 cup Sifted Flour
3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs,º baking powder and salt in a bowl. Beat until light and fluffy. Add sugar gradually until mixture becomes thick, beating constantly. Fold in flour and vanilla. Grease a 15"x10" pan and line with waxed paper to withing 1/4 inch of edge. Grease paper. Pour in batter and spread evenly. Bake at 400º F for 13 minutes. Quickly cut crisp edges from cake and turn out onto cloth sprinkled with confectioner's sugar. Spread with jelly and roll. Put on cake rake to cool.
