4 cups of cauliflower florets
4 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:

Preheat oven 400º
Place cauliflower in large bowl
Drizzle with olive oil
Sprinkle with bread crumbs
Toss to coat
Spread on cookie sheet in single layer
Bake until crisp - tender and lightly browned {about 20 minutes}
Serve hot
