1/2 cup Corn Oil Spread (1 stick, at room temperature)
1 cup Cholesterol Free Egg
1-1/2 cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1-1/4 cups Flour
3/4 cup Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Confectioner's Sugar for decoration

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 F. Line a 15"x10" jelly roll pan with foil. Spray foil with vegetable cooking spray. Beat corn oil spread, sugar, egg product and vanilla in a large bowl with wooden spoon or electric mixer until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except the decoration and beat until blended. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake 18-20 minutes, until edges start to pull away from sides. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Lift foil from pan onto cutting board. Cut into squares and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
