2 cups Matzah Meal
2 cups Matzah Farfel
1-1/4 cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Ginger
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
1 cup Raisins
3 Eggs (well beaten)
3/4 cup OIl
1/2 cup Mashed Ripe Bananas

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine matzah meal, matzah farfel, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Stir in nuts and raisins. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, oil, and bananas together well. Add to dry ingredients and beat thoroughly (Use electric mixer). Place 1 teaspoon of dough at a time onto a well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until browned.
