1-1/2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup OIl
2 Eggs
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 medium can Fruit Cocktail with Liquid

1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
3/4 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together sugar, oil, and eggs. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and fruit cocktail. Mix well. Grease and flour 9"x13" pan. Pour batter into pan. Bake in 350º F oven for approximately 45 minutes. Remove from oven - leave in pan.
Boil hard for one minute the butter (or margarine), evaporated milk, and sugar. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over hot cake and sprinkle with ground nuts.
