1 stick of butter
¼ cup onion, diced
1 lb. Haddock fish
flour
2 cups potatoes, cubed
1 can evaporated milk or 1 pint of Half and Half
dulse flakes
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in medium sized pan.
Add ¼ cup diced onion and sauté.
Lightly coat both sides of haddock with flour, salt and pepper.
Add haddock to the pot and cover fish with boiling water.
Add cubed potatoes to pot and boil until potatoes are tender.
Add evaporated milk or Half and Half.
Add Duse flakes, butter, salt and pepper to taste.
