1 1/2 cup cooked rice
1 1/2 cup diced marshmellow or 1 cup coconut
1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup drained chopped maraschino cherries
2/3 cup canned milk
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
2 tsp.lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients in a bowl
Chill milk and whip till stiff
Add lemon juice and whip very stiff
Beat in sugar
Fold whipped cream into the rice mixture
This can be used as a dessert


Keep refrigerated
