Directions:
Season the cube steak with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Spread mustard on the steak and dip into the flour. Deep fry in hot oil.

You can use a deep fryer, or cook in a frying pan. If you cook in the frying pan, you will need to flip them over as one side gets brown.
