1 box of Duncan Hines Lemon cake mix
1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant lemon pudding
4 large eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil


Glaze
4 cups powered sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp of water
3 tbsp of oil
lemon zest (optional)

Directions: Preheat over to 350 degrees. Mix the cake mix, box of pudding, eggs and oil until well blended. Use non-stick mini muffin pan, fill each cup with 1 tbsp of batter. Bake 12 minutes.

Dip warm blossoms into glaze and place onto parchment paper to dry.
