1 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Butter
1 c. Cooking Oil
1 c. Rice Krispies Cereal
1 c. Coconut
1 c. Oatmeal
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Eggs
3 1/2 c. Flour
1 c. Chocolate Chips (optional)

Mix in order given. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
