Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 tbsp, butter
4 oz, dark chocolate
3/4 cup, sugar
1-1/2 tbsp cornstarch
2 eggs
2 egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave, starting with one minute (stir), then 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted. Do not over cook.

Stir in sugar and cornstarch, mix well, then add the eggs and make sure everything is combined.

Scoop into 6 ramekins, filling each one equally (a small ice cream scoop works well).

Place ramekins in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours or cook right away.

Preheat oven to 400º and cook on the top oven rack for 20 minutes.

Serve warm with ice cream.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a recipe adapted from Roy's restaurant on Maui.

You can make it on the stove instead of the microwave.

Great for my Gluten-free friends.

Good make-ahead dessert.

You can use smaller containers, small 4oz mason jars work well for a party (you can even put a lid on, but you need to adjust the cooking time.)

If you want a more molten center, cook a couple of minutes less, if a more brownie-like consistency, cook a couple of minutes longer.
