30 cups sliced jalapenos
4 cups cider vinegar
12 cups sugar
12 tablespoons mustard seed
12 tablespoons garlic powder
1.5 tablespoon cayenne
1.5 tablespoon Tumeric
1.5 tablespoon Celery Seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the jalapenos and bring to a boil. Add the jalapenos and simmer for 5 minutes. Pack the sterilized jars tightly with the cooked jalapenos and add the hot liquid leaving 1/4th headspace. Put into a boiling water bath and return to boil. Boil in a water bath for 15 minutes (add 5 minutes or more if altitude adjustment is required for your location) Makes 10-12 pints. There’s always leftover hot liquid that can be discarded. NOTE: I am the daughter of Rachel Ann Stallings (McDonald).
