1 large can chunk pineapple in natural juice
1 large can sliced peaches in natural juice
1 pint fresh, cleaned, tipped and sliced strawberries
6 ripe bananas sliced
1 small container of fresh raspberries, washed
2 small boxes Jello instant vanilla pudding
2 large containers Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large deep compote dish first mix the large can of pineapple chunks with 1 small box of Jello instant vanilla pudding

2. Smooth out as first layer in compote dish

3. Add a layer of sliced bananas, top with a layer of Cool Whip

4. Add a layer of fresh strawberries, then another layer of banana and cool whip

5. In a separate dish cut up the peach slices into bite size pieces, keep in juice and add remaining box of instant Jello pudding, this becomes next layer in compote dish

6. Add another layer of banana followed by a layer of raspberries

7. Finally layer on the rest of the Cool Whip

8. Garnish with a few slices of strawberry or mint leaves
