1 C. Mayonnaise (real mayonnaise)
1 1/2 C. Sugar
2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
3-5 Tbsp. Cocoa
1 1/2 C. Cold Water
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350* for 40-45 minutes depending on the size of pan you are using.
Cool and frost with your favorite frosting.

This is a recipe from our mother (Nana). There was not directions for this cake, she just listed the ingredients. So bake at 350* until cake is done with a toothpick test. I remember mom making this cake with a variety of different frostings. ( 7 minute frosting, peanut butter, cream cheese, etc.)
