1 small can of tuna packed in water, drained well
8 oz. cream cheese
3 oz. Heinz chili sauce
1 Tbs. horseradish ( or more if you desire)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder, optional
1/4 chopped fine onion, optional
Fresh parsley, optional

Combine all ingredients with an electric mixer. Serve with crackers of your choice.

We went to a party with our cousin, Pam Fratini many, many, many years ago. When we got to Pam’s house she was making this spread. Yuck... I thought....turned my nose up to it.
But, once we got to the party... Pam made me taste it!!! I loved it.... so... just try it, it is so good!!!
