3-3½ lbs. chicken pieces
¼ c. flour
¼ c. melted butter
⅔ c. undiluted evap. Milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. grated American Cheese
½ tsp. Salt
⅛ tsp. Pepper
2 c. onions, sliced to rings
¼ lb. sliced mushrooms

Set oven to 420°.
Coat chicken with flour. Arrange chicken in single layer with skin down in buttered 9x13” dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce temp to 325°. Pour off excess fat. Combine evaporated milk, soup, cheese, salt and pepper. Add onion rings and mushrooms to the chicken. Pour evaporated milk mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake 15-20 minutes.
