4 boneless, skinless, split chicken breasts
1 bag of broccoli slaw
1 small bag of purple cabbage shredded
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
2 cups of carrots, shredded
1 red or yellow pepper, diced
Cilantro to taste
Roasted peanuts
2 packages of Ramen noodles, cooked and drained

Salad dressing:

1½ cups vegetable oil
¾ cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 spice packages of Ramen oriental flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Poach chicken until fully cooked, shred.

Mix with salad ingredients.

Make dressing and toss with salad.
