1lb lean flank steak (have butcher cut into 3/4 in.strips)
1Tbs. olive oil
1 sm. onion
1/4 c red wine
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs. catsup
garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
1 c fresh sliced mushrooms
1 (8oz. pkg sour cream.)
I/2 lb. bag of fetuccine noodles
1/2 c fresh chopped parsley

Season and brown steak and onions in olive oil, add wine, worcestershire sauce, catsup and simmer for 30 minutes until meat is fork-tender. Add fresh mushrooms until lightly cooked. Noodles should be cooked as you add mushrooms to meat mixture. (al dente). Drain noodles and finish the meat mixture by blending in the sour cream. On each plate put serving of noodles topped with meat mixture. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve with crusty french bread and spinach salad.
