2 cups Brussel Sprouts
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic
1 tbsp maple syrup
salt and pepper

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 400º. Rinse and cut Brussel Sprouts in half.

In a large bowl, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until caramelized. Transfer to a large bowl. Mix balsamic vinegar with maple syrup in a separate bowl and then pour over roasted Brussel Sprouts. Toss well.

Store in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 3 days.
