3 squares chocolate
1 ¾ c. sweetened condensed milk
1 c. sugar
¼ c. flour
¼ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chocolate and milk in double boiler until chocolate melts. In a bowl, combine sugar, flour and salt. Add enough of the chocolate mixture to make a smooth paste. Add to double boiler. Cook until smoother and thick, about 10 minutes. Stir in 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 T. butter. Keep unused portions in refrigerator. May need to be thinned with milk when reheated. Makes fabulous Hot Fudge Sundaes.
