1 unbaked pie shell
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup butter (1 stick)
1 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tblsp cocoa powder
3 eggs
2/3 cut evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter. Stir until smooth. Wisk in salt, sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, evaporated milk & vanilla.

Pour chocolate mixture into pie crust.

Bake 30-35 minutes.
