6 tbsp butter
3 tbsp olive oil
½ lb fresh mushrooms
4 tbsp flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp sherry
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
⅛ tsp nutmeg
3 cups cooked turkey cubed
½ lb spaghetti (cooked)
¼ cup bread crumbs

Directions:

Saute mushrooms in olive oil. Make a paste of flour and butter. Add to mushrooms and stir. Gradually add chicken broth and stir until smooth. Add cream, sherry, cheese and nutmeg. Set aside.

Put spaghetti in 8x10 baking dish sprayed with Pam or buttered. Spread turkey pieces over spaghetti and pour sauce over all. Mix gently.

Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes or until heated through.
