6 corn on the cob
4 tbs of creme fraiche
1 tbs of cream cheese
2 tsp mayo
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cojito cheese
handful of chopped chives

Directions:

Grill corn on the outdoor grill either with the husk or in foil, so there are brown marks on it and it looks grilled

Add the ingredients above in a bowl and slather all over the corn -- couldn't be easier or yummier!!! :)

The fun thing about this was I just used what was in my fridge.

You can use sour cream instead of creme fraiche or other cheese instead of cojito. Just mix it up with these type of ingredients.

It's yummy and really a fun side dish for any meal, especially off the grill in the summer with burgers or chicken. Enjoy!!

This was actually my first time trying it and it came out great. You can't go wrong with some cheese and corn. :)
