2 lbs cut up broccoli
1 whole chicken
slices of Velveeta cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
½ cup mayonnaise
1 teas lemon juice
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can French's fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli for 1 - 2 minutes. Remove cooked chicken from bones. Butter 9x13 inch pan. Place broccoli in pan, followed by cooked chicken then slices of cheese.

Mix cream of chicken soup with mayonnaise and lemon juice. Fold in water chestnuts. Spread mixture over broccoli and chicken.

Bake at 350 º for 30 minutes. Sprinkle fried onions over top and bake an additional 20 minutes until heated through.
