Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pounds of salmon (I use farm raised, but if you can find Irish or Scottish, even better)
1/8 cup of maple syrup
2 tsp of soy or tamari (if gluten free)
1 tbs of grainy or dijon mustard (preference)
1-2 tbs of mayo (to bind the sauce)
salt and pepper
2 small cloves of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients below the salmon in the food processor. Make it so it's a littler thick and can sit on top of the salmon.

Slather over the salmon and place on a parchment paper on pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes (or more, depending on thickness and desired cooking).

45 minutes to prepare, including cooking. Serves 4.

Personal Notes:
My children call this recipe "candy salmon" because it's nice and sweet. Sometimes, they even add more maple syrup to it when I serve it! :)
