2 Cans Strained and Rinsed chick peas
3/4 cup lemon juice
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup tahini (be sure to fully blend jar or can because it does separate)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Begin by placing garlic cloves and half of the olive oil into food processor and grind until garlic is pureed.

2. Add all other ingredients and pulse until the chick peas appear ground and smooth.

3. Let food processor run for a full minute to insure hummus is fully smooth and not chunks of chick peas (you may need to add a little bit of water if its too thick or not fully smooth, but don't think too much).

4. Taste before removing and adjust lemon or salt to your liking, if necessary.
