sliced mushrooms
4 cloves garlic chopped
1½ cups Chablis wine
¼ cup lemon juice
chicken breasts (my guess would be 4?)
2 eggs
bread crumbs
corn starch (make sure to mix with water)
capers

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms and 3-4 cloves garlic in 2 tbsp. olive oil. Add 1½ cups Chablis wine - reduce by half. Add ¼ cup lemon juice and capers. Thicken with corn starch.

CHICKEN - Marinate in egg wash. Roll in bread crumbs and saute until brown. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15 - 20 minutes. Serve over a bed of rice or pasta - add sauce.

This is another one of mom's treasures. Very little information given, but for you foodies out there, I am sure you can guess your way through. Sounds a bit like chicken francaise or piccata.
