1 pkg. Au gratin potatoes
2 c. boiling water
⅔ c. milk
3 c. cubed, fully cooked ham
1 can cut green beans, drained
1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 T. soy sauce
1 can french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Mix potato slices, sauce mix, water, milk, ham, green beans, mushrooms and soy sauce in ungreased 3 qt round casserole dish. Bake uncovered, 30 minutes. Stir; sprinkle with onions. Bake 5 minutes longer.
