2 c. small red beans
6-7 cups water
½ lb. Jimmy Dean sausage, cooked
12-16 oz. diced ham or smoked polish sausage
2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped green pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 ribs celery, sliced
3 tsp. Cajun seasoning
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring red beans and water to boil and simmer 1 hour. Cook sausage to turn. Then add ham/sausage, and other ingredients to beans. Cover and cook 3-3 ½ hours. Remove cover and cook 15 minutes. Serve over rice
