1 can cream of chicken soup
½ lb. of Velveeta
2 c. shredded potatoes
4 c. of water
1 c. of chopped carrots
1 c. chopped broccoli
1 c. chopped cauliflower
½ c. chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water, potatoes and carrots for 5 to 10 minutes or until carrots are tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook slowly until cheese is melted. Do not over-heat or cook too fast or the cheese will curdle and or scorch to the bottom of the pan. This is good served with bread or in a bread bowl.
