2 Fresh Tenderloins cubed
1/2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Cornmeal
1 T. Parsley dried and crushed
1 t. Salt
1/2 t. Pepper
1/2 t. Onion Powder
1/2 t. Garlic Powder
1/2 t. Chili Powder

Olive Oil

Optional Marinade:
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1 t. Liquid Smoke

Cut fresh deer tenderloins into chunks. Mix dry ingredients. Coat meat with flour mixture. Heat olive oil to 375º or until meat fries when dropped in. Never cover the meat with a lid! Fry one side and then flip and fry the other. It should be no longer than 3-5 minutes per side.

I never marinate the chislic, but it can be done prior. I usually make this the night we get a deer. They will melt in your mouth.
