Fresh or fully thawed Turkey, can be a whole turkey or just a turkey breast
7-9 slices of bacon
4-5 sprigs of Fresh Rosemary
2-3 Navel oranges
4-5 Bay leaves
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to recommended temp on the packaging. Clean/rinse out Turkey. Slice oranges in wedges. Stuff "both ends" of the bird with a combination of oranges, rosemary, and bay leaves. Salt and pepper top. Lay bacon slices across the top.

Insert a meat thermometer cover loosely with foil, bake until internal temp reaches 165 degrees. Rest for 15 minutes then carve.
