4 cups Brussel sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
Dash of salt
2 TBS Olive Oil
3 slices of bacon cooked and chopped
3/4 cup pecans
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 TBS honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Toss brussel sprouts with oil and salt. Place them on a baking sheet, cut side down
Roast in the oven for 25 minutes turning over halfway through. Add cooked/ crumbled bacon.. remove from oven.

Toast Pecans for 5 minutes in 350 degrees oven. Briefly soak dried Cranberries in hot water for 10 minutes, drain.

Assemble and toss together in a serving bowl. Drizzle top with honey.
